Your moody teen is quite the pretty girl, and the rest of these photos are evocative as well. I hope you're well. I did respond to your e-mails.
i can feel that last pic. the snow ones are fun. we used to follow the prints in the snow to see if we could find which animal made them. 5-10 inshes expected on friday...could be a fun isolated weekend.
I can feel the frost and snow! Oh wait...nevermind, heh...
The bags are quite colourful as well :) but I'm more drawn to the impressions above them. Great take on the theme, lettuce!
I like your top version of impressions best. In my 120 year old house we have someone's finger prints in the bricks in our kitchen.
Love the paw-prints in the frost. Makes me miss my cats.
quack, quack, honk, honk, woof, woof, mew, mew, hey, hey
love all the pics!!
the snowy face has me smiling...well, they all have me smiling!
aren't the moody teens the absolute BEST!! love and hugs
happy theme thursday!
Was with you on all the great pics til the face in the snow. Creeped me RIGHT THE HELL OUT!!!
that one in the snow is funny, isn't it? the teen reminds me of a young man who bags groceries and is always in all black with his pentagram. He looks so angry adn hurt. My heart just bleeds for this freckled faceed, red headed late teen boy. I always try to lift him up with good hope for his future but never seem to be able to engage him in a convo.
In fact, I think you jsut helped me figure ot what to write for TT now. thank you! :)
This was great....lovely teen...moody or not! :)
Fabulous pictures. And yes, the teen is quite lovely! The moodiness is captured so wonderfully.
This is a gorgeous photo. Wow. Just...and I think the contrast of the delicate girly ornaments with the hugeness of the mood. You should do more portaits. Those eyes! There's a Japanese horror film in there - they always use women's hair as ghost device.
Its my first visit here and I love all the photos of natures beasties. Your felt bags are beautiful too.
Your photographs are always so thought-provoking!! Love 'em!! Have a great day Lettuce!!
I love all the animal tracks!
Fab pic of the offspring. Really beautiful. I like the animal tracks too.
ANOTHER whole bunch of great photographs!
animal tracks, that's fun!
eh, all kids are moody. They take your money then sulk about it.
Oh, Lettuce. This is one of my favorite posts so far! Very heart"felt" and impressionable.
Your baby is really growing up. Can she possibly see through all that hair?!
The first photos reminded me of fossils.
This is an amazing post. i love all of those impressions (beasty feet)...
we all leave a trail of footsteps behind us as we travel... some can be seen and some are invisible.
Wonderful selections of impressions.
Happy TT
WOW Letty. I LOVED these! My favs? mmm, hard to choose because I love photographing prints too. Not counting that absolutely fab photo of your daughter, you understand because that one should be framed or hung in a gallery.
Anyway, the fourth down (I believe) with two kinds of bird prints, the old piece of rope—love the composition and the webby feet.
i love all your comments! thanks so much!
Wings - you found that creepy?! who'd have thought...
Pup, i always love that, fingerprints in brick.
ArtSparker, I'd love to take more portraits but she's the only person i've consistently taken pics of. And she is most photogenic.
Tom you made me larf.
so short of time just now but I'll get around to your blogs some time this weekend
have a good one!
Lovely photos. I particularly like the one of the paw prints on the railing.
GOOD FOR YOU...these felt bags! I am popping over to made4aid to have a closer look! ;)
Oh, I love that third picture.
