caught

I'm reluctant not to post something on a Monday or Tuesday .

Theme Thursday and Sepia Saturday are great, I love them and they make posting easier when life is busy.
But I sort of feel that at least once a week I ought to come up with something entirely out of my own head.
Which might just be rather silly, especially as my work hours have gone up recently and I'm more than usually pushed for time.

But I'll keep trying for now.

And this photo is a little how life feels just at the moment - complicated and not entirely comfortable, with potential sharp edges, but moments of colour and interesting shadows.

Oh poor slinky and poor you. Hope things get more comfortable and less complicated soon. x

How on earth did you 'find' that one? I know the feeling, it's 6:33 and I'm about to head for another day of 'complicated' although things are a little more positive these days. Hope you manage to untangle!

Dear Lettuce,

Complicated and not entirely comfortable is not a wonderful place to be. Nonetheless, it is where I've been for much of the last two years. Sort what you can and roll with the rest...

As for feeling a bit "stuck" blogwise, I feel the same...

Perhaps "Stuck" would be an interesting post for Theme Thursday...

Still have my eye on the post!

Lovely color and a very complex photo. I love the shadow of the slinky and the barbs. ouch. Sorry you are feeling prickly, but life with all smooth edges is nice, but boring and not very challenging. All those sharp edges keeps us sharp and evolving into something better.

At least I'd like to think so ;)

GREAT photo.

That's pretty much been the fate of every Slinky I have ever played with. But I do love them!

Now how on earth did that happen, I wonder? Did some annoyed kid throw a friend's Slinky into the fence?

Life is interesting when it gets complicated and beautiful, right? :)
