This truly is a work of art. Not only that, but it makes a great photo! How inventive! But I can't tell what is dangling off the cold water faucet? Did she dye the water with blue food coloring? It looks like the Caribbean Sea!

Funny! Though you are FAR more tolerant than I am! :)

Very COOL! All that's lacking is a wave machine. Maybe she could train the cat to swish it with his paw.

oh, you have one of those too? (think of it as a Navajo sand painting - fleeting.)

HA! I see you live in a coastal area.

speaking of castles, was someone trying to build a sand castle? The tide seems to have washed it down the drain.

LOVE it...very artfully arranged sand.

Now that's art and I love it. But if my daughter did that in our new bathroom sink....

Love it! But now you can never, ever empty the basin. It is a work of art and must be preserved.

Clever girl, you have Lettuce! Celebrate these moments and preserve them in photos so you'll have them when she leaves home and you find yourself missing them and her!

Wonderful!

it do need some real fish... small bite size ones.

Very creative indeed. Reminds me of art projects I did at home when a kid. I never allowed my kids such abandonment as we rented most of the time.

ha! funny comments, i'll show LG your comments. she will be especially pleased to be described as subversive.

lynne, stuck to the tap is a fishing rod with a ceramic fish at the end. bite sized for a cat, whale sized for the little boat.

we did keep this for a while but brushing teeth in the bath got to be a nuisance....
