My back-from-holiday post is just below this, but this is a brief P.S. about made4aid, to thank Wendy who has been looking after things while I've been away.
And we have a number of lovely items on sale at the moment - most of the auctions ending in the next week, so why not pop over and have a look?

Been busy of late, but have seen some of the new items, up for bid :)
Dearest Lettuce,
I look forward to holiday pix.
I rec'd the sweet tablecloth, thank you so much. I did a little post on it for bricolage & will do so on Giulia G. blog when I decide summer break is over. I'm tempted but must make computer decision (which to buy) before anymore bidding. I encourage everyone to go there however. It could not be easier to participate.

I have so enjoyed my handmade bag! It has room for lots of things and is so sturdy.
I'm looking forward to my little blue treasure. Welcome home.
Are you really the Letttuce who gave Joyce (from bags4darfur)3 bags of your own to auction off? They were made out of heavenly woven carded soft at cotton candy fabric
AT Joyce's urging I have visited made4aid and just purchased the weeist little woven basket created by "Y"(my check is winging its way to your american counterpart)
Do you still do bags or woven creations? Please say yes

Hi anonymous Nancy! yes, thats me, I gave Joyce a couple of knitted/felted bags and one of the little woven cotton candy bags.
And yes, also I'm still making bags, woven as well as knitted... and sewing...
