Have you ever left a message on a wall somewhere? I've drawn certain shapes with my handy sharpie here and there in the past. Usually it was some kind of magic I was involved in, but I've never thought to write something - a sentence or phrase - anywhere.
If I did, though, I'd make sure whatever I was writing was spelled correctly!
These remind me of when I was 16 and going up the motorway to my brother's party in Northampton. Some rather 'creative' person had put new cardboard signs over a few of the real ones saying...

I don't blame you for going back and having another look at Tessa in the mud... I go back myself and I just can't believe how much she loved that slimy smelly greasy dirty MUD! But I couldn't stop her... all I could do was laugh, I was laughing so hard I could hardly hold the camera still enough to take pics!
