In the space I take my yoga, there is a purple whiffle ball stuck up in the rafters, and everytime we lie down, I look up at it and focus on it instead of breathing or whatever.
I feel like I'm standing right there! In fact at first glance I thought it was a picture of the American National Mall, a park that stretches from the Capitol to the Potomac River. Wintry, yes, but very green. Beautiful!
That's where my ball went! How shall I get it down?
You have to sponsor me to dress up as a hot dog. I'm making my outfit, so I'm not sure what it will end up like. Let's just say...I'm having trouble with my baps at the present moment. It's for Comic Relief.
