I've never had dental surgery but I've seen plenty of movies where an insane power-hungry, drug-induced dentist drills too far into his patient so he can feed the corpses to his pigeons. They're rats with wings, and like rats, they can peck every last piece of human flesh off the bone. (you should think where your loyalties lie: pigeons or lettuce - you can't propagate both.)

in other news, we apparently had a fake owl on top of our apartment building...i didn't know of it until i made a friend with someone in a neighboring building and his family told me they had been staring at an owl on my building for a month. They had only recently come to the conclusion that it was definitely a statue.
so these statues can work...scare pigeons and neighbours away. (however, even if i thought that that American Bald Eagle was real, I'd be more afraid of it knocking its pet rock off the ledge than its talons. Is there also a Frisbee next to it? Who are these cruel people?)

where's that first church?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21985601.post-69320691309869444562007-04-13T19:43:00.000+01:002007-04-13T19:43:00.000+01:00I was all impressed with myself because I identifi...I was all impressed with myself because I identified the starling before I read it! (I don't know why this should give me any satisfaction, but it does.)

The green parakeet is very odd. Isn't it a bit cold for a parakeet to be on the loose in London?

I wonder if that eagle is some kind of decoy. Here in the states people mount fake birds of prey (like great horned owls) onto buildings to keep away the smaller birds. I'm not sure it ever works. I think birds are smarter than that.Steve Reedhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11684120060438252945noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21985601.post-82837811254083217892007-04-13T11:21:00.000+01:002007-04-13T11:21:00.000+01:00I can't believe those birds in Charlton??? we have...I can't believe those birds in Charlton??? we have a stork who site by the pool (really) and a woody woodpecker who pops in now and then..
