wrinkles

which is the Theme for this Thursday and which made me think of wrinkles in time

I have no photos of wrinkles in time

but these wrinkles in sand seem somehow time-related

all these photos taken in Jersey, Channel Islands.

Truly, those are some beautiful wrinkles in time. And if you think about it each one of those waves is a wrinkle in time for when the tide was rolling in or out.

Really cool take on the wrinkle theme.

God bless.

Great pictures. They remind me of fabric, like a tweed woven by time.

I've seen people with wrinkles on their faces to equal those on the sand.

Great shots! I like taking shots of rippled beaches, too.

How beautifully the surf sculpts the land in your part of the world. Very wonderful take on wrinkles.

I haven't seen patterns like those since the 60s:-) Trippy!

Unlike my wrinkles, these wash away with the incoming tide! Interestingly, we rarely see these sand rivulets on the East Coast, I guess the tides come in fast and th beaches are smooth. Lovely photos. Between you and Kimy, I'm feeling a little intimidated!

Those pics make me remember how it feels to walk on wrinkly sand just after the tide has gone out. Oh boy, I really need a holiday by the sea again.
