Ooo, what lovely box pictures. I once asked a friend what I should get her 2-year old for his birthday and she said: "Just a box, wrapped in newspaper." I did, and it was his favourite present!

Boxes can be so much fun. I remember when young that we played in boxes and even made forts with the boxes. Only thing was that no one could play in the second story of the Forts. Now I wish we had taken pictures of the Forts. The simplest things can spark the greatest of ones imagination.

Great pictures.

Happy TT.

God bless.

Sometimes it's important to get back IN the box--it's a comfort thing! Thanks for sharing. I love the theme!

What cool box pictures. I especially like the paw. I'm a great fan of cat paws. So soft, so inquisitive.

I'm having a hard time picking a favorite. They are all so charming and unexpected.

Exactly! Fun in a box! Makes me want to go buy something big just so I can muck around with the box!

Heh, heh! As I just pointed out on Jaime's blog, kids and pets figured out long ago that boxes are lots more fun than the toys that came in them. It's only us clueless grown-ups who have forgotten all about that fun.

Boxes are such fun. We brought a few boxes into our kindergarten classroom and it was like the kids hit the jackpot. A little crazy mania but fantastic.

My grandchildren had a series of boxes taped together. It became many things, a train, a tunnel, a plane. I love their imagination.

A box is a timeless toy. I loved them and so did my children.

Marigold died some time ago.... a couple of years I guess? she was pretty elderly.

Logan however is doing great.
